In general, make it obvious that this site's service is to connect with others in order to easily trade stuff.

What I suggest:
- Improve the "Wondering What's Next" Section. It doesn't explain how Inventory and Swaps are tied in to Groups/Friends. None of the 6 links mention anything specifically with the concept of trading. New users need to be able to quickly understand the purpose and how to use the sight.

- Clicking on Inventory, I get the idea that this is my own personal inventory. After clicking "Add Item", which I assume is how to stock up my inventory, I get the message asking to search if already in Fishbark. This is confusing - does it matter if others have this item in their inventory? I thought this was just my own personal inventory.

- Most Recent Items, Popular Groups, Recent Updates sometimes show up at the bottom of certain pages, sometimes do not. I recommend that you only put this information in the user's home page (kinda like Facebook - sorry to compare). I would not put this information at the bottom of dynamic data pages - you wouldn't be able to see it unless you endlessly scroll waaay down.

- When searching and selecting Items, add "Propose Swap" link to make it easier to facilitate trading.

- Sometimes I see "Groups", sometimes I see "Tribes". Confusing

- Make the main links (the links on the right side, i.e. add item, open offers..etc.) much more conspicuous, and perhaps put them on the left side of the page (where the user is more likely to look.)

- When making offers, are Tags the metadata that allows users to search for such items? Do I separate with commas? Perhaps show an example on how to fill out an offer

- Sometimes there's a nice attention-grabbing orange button to do an action. Sometimes there's not. Recommend consistency
